What we do
Based near Tamariú, in the heart of the finest part of the Costa Brava in Cataluña, in north-eastern Spain, we are the property development arm of the Costa Brava Homes group. You will find all the information that you may need about the area at that site.
Swiss-German owned and managed, this business was only incorporated in 2004, but we have a successful personal track record going back over a decade. Nell 2004 offers you the perfect one-stop shop solution for all your local design and build and project management needs.
We can work with you in one of three different ways:
- We have a small land bank on which we can build a house the basic design of which is known, but which can be adapted to your particular needs at very modest cost.
- You can commission us to find you a suitable plot on which we will build a house totally to your specifications. We manage the entire process from beginning to end, making sure that you end up with the house of your dreams, but with none of the nightmares of having to manage a major project from a distance in a foreign country, the language of which you may well not speak.
- If you own or find a plot of land independently of us, we will take your instructions, have architect's design sketches and layout plans prepared entirely without commitment on your part, submit them to you, and when all is finally agreed, we will manage the whole building project for you on the basis of a management fee. As with the previous option, this takes all the strain out of what will otherwise be a seriously fraught undertaking unless you live here and speak at least Spanish, let alone Catalan!
