If you are buy one of our turn-key projects, we will enter into a contract price that determines the final price that you will pay for the land and building as described in the contract. The Delivery date will be contractual, and there will be no extras whatsoever other than the cost of any changes that you request during the course of construction. You pay us a deposit of 10% on signature of the purchase contract, and stage payments thereafter based on architect's certificates - very much like would occur in the U.K., and with a 10% retainer for 30 days at the end. Other terms are by negotiation.
If you commission us to find the plot for you, we are paid a commission by the selling agent on that transaction so our efforts are free to you. We charge a 10% handling fee on top of the building and other costs for managing the project.
If you already own the land, our project management fee is as above, 10% of the project cost, payable as the work progresses.
